3. Matching and proposal

We look at open and upcoming assignments at Youwe, our clients, and our business partners. We only propose matches when the content and conditions make sense.

4. Client / team interview

If there’s a fit, you meet the client or team to align on expectations, approach, and practical details. 

5. Contract and onboarding

We formalise the agreement, arrange onboarding, and stay in touch throughout the assignment.
